Wellness isn’t just what the scale says or how many steps logged on a fitness tracker. It’s about the whole person.
Wellness is all the facets of someone’s life – family, fitness, friends, nutrition, career, community, finances and emotional well-being. All of these components work together to create a healthy, productive person. But when one of them is out of balance, it can affect everything else.
That’s why my coaching and workplace wellness programs focus on all aspects of a person’s life to bring about balance and health.
It’s starts with assessing the person or the company to understand better what the needs are and then developing customized programs and coaching experiences to help individuals and the places they work, thrive.
