KetoFast – Clean Keto & Intermittent Fasting

What is KetoFast?

KetoFast is a combination program of Clean Keto nutrition and Intermittent Fasting. The two approaches together force your body to burn more fat because there are fewer carbohydrates for fuel.

Traditional Keto is very low carb (typically less than 25 grams of carbs a day). This program is a MODERATE KETO approach with 50 grams of carbs or less per day which means it’s easier to do and sustain in the long term.

Intermittent Fasting is timed eating that helps your body burn more fat in a fasting state. Don’t worry though…Most of your fasting time is done while you sleep! And, we can be flexible with your “eating window”
